Inspired by creating an exceptional version of a classic.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Brugal 1888 Double Aged Rum
2 Barspoons of Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
Orange Peel (Garnish)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and simply stir over ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube or sphere and garnish with an orange peel.
Caribbean Negroni
Inspired by creating the perfect rum Negroni, with a standard that lives up to it’s name.
Ingredients
1 oz Brugal 1888 Double Aged Rum
1 oz Bitter Italian Aperitif
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Orange Peel (Garnish)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and simply stir over ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with an orange peel.
